Striving for a world healed by justice, equity and inclusion

Who We Are

Lankelly Chase is an independent charitable foundation and network.

We collaborate with partners to change systems of injustice and oppression that result in the mental distress, violence and destitution of people subject to marginalisation in the UK. We work with others to shift patterns of perspectives, power, and participation.

System Behaviours

We have identified core behaviours that support people to thrive.

These behaviours need to be present and continually promoted in every part of the system.

  1. 1

    Perspective

We make up an intelligent network of people who have both strengths and weaknesses, and continually learn and grow with each other.

  2. 2

    Participation

People feel safe to ask the difficult questions, voice agreements and disagreements and deal with the conflicts and uncomfortable emotions that may surface.

  3. 3

    Power

People closest to a complex situation are free to use their initiative to engage and take responsibility for their own change.
