Development Trust Association Scotland

In January 2010 the Trustees agreed a grant to support the Development Trust Association Scotland to further their work in raising awareness and understanding of the benefits and risks of transferring public assets from local authorities to community groups. The first outcome of this work is a report entitled “Public Asset Transfer Empowering Communities – Policy and practice across Scotland”.
