How to Apply

To apply please follow the steps below:

Read all the information provided carefully.
Check the list of exclusions.
Choose which programme area you are applying under and pay careful attention to the criteria.
Complete the application form available from this site (hard copy is available if you ring the office 01235 820044)
Return the application form by post, to the LankellyChase Foundation at the address given on the form
Include an itemised income and expenditure budget for the work you are asking us to support. If you are applying for one element of a project please include figures which provide an overview of the whole.
You have the opportunity to write a supporting letter - no more than two sides of A4. In this letter you can explain the background to your application and set it in context if that is necessary.
If you choose to do so you can also send your most recent annual report and accounts.
